Mix, Honey and Smoked Salmon is brought to you by Columbia Empire Farms in
Oregon. The proud history of our farm started in 1976 with a commitment to
providing premium quality food products. All of our Berries, Hazelnuts and
Honey are grown, harvested, processed, and packaged on our farm to ensure
that the highest standards are met. Our wild Salmon is line caught off Alaska's
Coast to insure the best quality, then smoked and packaged in our own processing
plant. Our Farm has dedicated itself to quality, consistency, and community
service - for over 20 years, that commitment has shown in all that we do at
Columbia Empire Farms.

BEARFOOTS® Smoked Salmon - featuring "Bridger" - 6oz. - $11.95 Our Smoked Salmon is a delicacy the Pacific Northwest Indians have enjoyed for ages. Hand Filleted and brined lightly to begin curing, this freshest of fish is then delicately smoked over native Alderwood to provide the famous Northwest style flavor. No additives or preservatives needed. Perfectly smoked and fullly cooked, then gently vacuum-sealed in its own delicious juices. No refrigeration is required until you open the pouch.
