For online orders, please provide us with your full name,
address, telephone number, credit card number with expiration date,
and tell us what you would like to order. Let us know if you have a shipping preference. We ship via United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. Orders will incur shipping charges.
All our packages are shipped insured, based on customer preference. In case
of damage in shipping, retain shipping box and all packing material for
inspection by the carrier. Then call us to report the damage.
Exchanges gladly within 30 days of purchase.
All sales are non-refundable. Strictly no cash refund or credit to
your charge card. Store credit may apply. You must call for return authorization before
shipping item(s) back. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Items must be in resalable condition with all original
