The first gas-powered fire engine ever used in the U.S. - the 1916 Ford Model T - is recaptured with its hose running all around the vehicle, its tool box on the side and its chrome-finished and painted wheels. One of the first fire engines ever created by Mack is back - complete with its vacuum bladder, pumping system and fire extinguisher. The 1907 Seagrave AC53, which extinguished fires with chemicals, comes equipped with photo-etched screen doors that open to reveal its intricate engine. Each replica in this fascinating collection recreates one of the most famous fire fighting vehicles in history. and each is crafted to the highest level of die-cast engineering - with functional opening compartments and all the functional opening compartments and all the hoses, pumps, gauges, horns and lanterns found on the originals.
