International Fire Engine Collection: Series VI
In the first half of the 20th century, truck manufacturers worked with fire departments all over the world to customize vehicles for specialized fire fighting challenges. In 1932, a Mercedes was equipped with five spotlights on its roof to illuminate remote areas at night. And, in the late '40s, a Dodge Power Wagon would navigate to a remote brush fire while its companion - a GMC tanker - would be ready to supply the Power Wagon more water. Now these ingenious fire fighting specialists are back - in a collection of six replicas as fascinating as the originals.
